This notice explains how information is handled by the consultation form and automated support chat on this website.
Consultation requests
When you request a consultation, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, selected service, message, and agreement to be contacted. The submission also includes a request identifier and time so the request can be tracked.
We use these details to understand your request and contact you about our services. Requests are processed through Google Apps Script, recorded in our Google spreadsheet, and emailed to our team through Gmail.
Automated support chat
The chat provides general information and is not a human representative. Your recent messages may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Conversation history is held in the current page session; the website does not save a separate chat transcript to the consultation spreadsheet. Service providers may process and retain operational or security records under their own policies.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, account numbers, payment-card details, or complete credit reports in the form or chat. Pricing is only determined after our team reviews your complete credit report through an appropriate separate process.
Website operation and service providers
The website is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and integration providers process technical information needed to deliver the site and its features, which can include request times, network information, and error records. Google supports the consultation workflow; OpenAI supports automated chat responses.
Links to social networks and the Better Business Bureau take you to services with their own privacy practices. The BBB badge is loaded from BBB's website.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to use the form or chat and contact us directly instead. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email solveurproblemstoday@gmail.com or call 631-292-7033. Please do not include sensitive financial documents in a privacy inquiry. Our team will review your request and explain any records it needs to retain.
